One small step to a healthier life
So we started our new eating habits yay!!!! now we are not dieting thats not what this is this is eating things that are better for us. Here is what a sample day would look like for us:

it was super yummy and I ate the eggs without ketchup! so i know this isn't a huge accomplishment but it is for me because i have been known to eat everything with ketchup including eggs. My husband is such a hard one to please when it comes to bread I mean he'll eat it if thats all there is but rarely do I hear him say he really likes a particular bread especially an organic one you find in the freezer section but my hat goes off to Rudi's for making an awesome bread!!! I will be posting more pictures tonight on the different things we are eating and our recipes.
- Breakfast- 2 whole cage free eggs, 1 slice of rudis organic bread toasted with a sliver of organic valley butter and full circle organics strawberry jam, half an apple and a glass of martinellis apple juice.
- Snack- 2 stalks of celery and some natural peanut butter
- Lunch- power greens mix by earthbound farms with some organic romaine and spinach mixed in with some organic peppercorn ranch dressing, cup of almonds and some tea
- Snack- amys butter crackers, blueberries and raspberries
- Dinner- organic free range chicken thighs boneless shredded into organic spaghetti with organic roasted garlic tomato sauce with a side salad with peppercorn ranch
- Desert or midnight snackie ;)- salsa and chips or a piece of organic fruit \

New year new changes new life
Just to start off i'll introduce myself and give you a little background. My name is Stephanie and my husbands name is Kenny we have been married for almost 2 years been together for almost 5 :) we have downsized our life and now live in an RV which we are in the process of remodeling and becoming fully sustainable. We are proud parents to our 8 (yes you read that right) 8 furbabies 6 dogs and 2 cats :) we are a little crazy im sure but we love our life. We both have been living a super unhealthy life and have vowed to change our entire life and purpose so here it goes. So as new years go im hoping this is the best. To start off our journey this year we've done a few things to be prepared , at the end of December we gave our lives to Christ :) YAY!!! also made some personal resolutions and here they are
haha i know that's a lot but I'm super excited :) Well a little bit more about my husband and I and our health which is a big part of our journey. I am 25 on this day and weigh close to 350lbs mostly because of laziness :( I have back problems, joint issues, arthritis, of course overweight, and digestive issues. My wonderful husband just had an odd weight loss followed by weight gain after he quit smoking he is on this day 29 and weighs around 215lbs he also has a plethora of ailments he would like to be resolved.
those areall our loverly animals right there :)
We will be posting pictures of the things we are eating and recipes and reviews on the different organics we come across :)
